WPP and Dell Inc.'s agency has hit upon a permanent company name — Enfatico.
Enfatico is a musical notation that means play each note with emphasis, WPP says in a release.
WPP (Nasdaq:WPPGY) of New York and Round Rock-based Dell (Nasdaq:DELL) partnered up last year to build an agency that will handle all of the computer maker's marketing and communication duties. The agency had been temporarily dubbed Project DaVinci.
"As a next generation agency with a diverse mix of marketing services and talent — all uniquely orchestrated to drive value for Dell and future clients — we believe Enfatico effectively captures what makes us distinct," says Torrence Boone, CEO of Enfatico, in a release quick payday loan.
Before deciding on Enfatico, the agency had considered several company names, including Synarchy.
Enfatico employs about 600 staffers in 13 cities worldwide. The agency, which will be based in New York, is also opening up a downtown Austin office that will house about 200 employees.
