Pump Pros acquires Jenkins Equipment

Pump Pros. Inc. said Monday it has acquired Jenkins Equipment Co. in Cherry Grove. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Pump Pros, headquartered in Mason, distributes pumps, mechanical seals and mixers, and re-manufactures pumps, mechanical seals, mixers and gear boxes. The company, which purchased Wagner-Smith Pumps and Systems in 2003, has locations in Reynoldsburg and Troy, Ohio; Evansville and Indianapolis, Ind.; Louisville; and Huntington, W. Va.
Jenkins, founded in 1952, offers expertise in fluid handling, process vacuum and heat transfer systems, Pump Pros said in a news release.
