The Shopping Center Group to head Atlantic Station
Atlantic Station has a new leasing team.
The Shopping Center Group recently won the retail leasing assignment for the massive Midtown mixed use project.
The Shopping Center Group, which took over in its new role April 1, will be the exclusive retail leasing agent for Atlantic Station’s retail and entertainment district, including 17th Street.
Atlantic Station is more than 90 percent leased, said Brian Leary, vice president of AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp., the master developer partner, along with Jacoby Development, of Atlantic Station.
"We felt the time was right to bring in the best locally-based team that had both a significant Atlanta footprint as well as the national tenant relationships we’d like to leverage for our remaining retail space and for future expansion plans," Leary said in a prepared statement payday loan.
The leasing team will be headed up by Leslie Mintz and Stephanie Ives.
